Course Details
It’s all happening on July 21st for 21days, right at the start of your day (6.10am - 7.10am) to make sure you get the most out of it. What You’ll Experience? Expect a blend of high-energy movements, deep breathing, and moments of quiet introspection—all in a supportive group setting, facilitated by the lovely Hannah.
